A Settlement1 has been reached in a class action lawsuit about whether Progressive2 sent emails between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in violation of the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (“FCCPA”). Progressive denies the allegations and any wrongdoing. The Court has not decided who is right.
The Settlement offers Claim Settlement Payments to Settlement Class Members who file valid Claims.
